1. Introduction

Customer Care Helpdesk provides doorstep home appliance repair services in Bangalore for appliances such as LED TVs, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens, Refrigerators, and more.

Our services are offered by appointment and are subject to availability and location. By contacting us or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.


2. Service Scope

We offer repair services for the following appliances:

  • LED TVs

  • Washing Machines

  • Microwave Ovens

  • Refrigerators

  • Air Conditioners (select areas)

All services are conducted on-site at the customer’s location, based on prior scheduling and confirmation.

We are not an authorized service center for any specific appliance brand or manufacturer. Repairs are carried out by our independent network of trained technicians.


3. Booking and Inspection Charges

  • Customers may request service via phone or web-based inquiry.

  • Upon confirmation, a technician will be assigned to visit the customer’s location.

  • A fixed inspection and visiting charge of ₹299 is applicable, only after customer consent.

  • If the customer proceeds with the repair, the inspection charge is included in the final bill where applicable.

  • If the customer declines to proceed with the repair after inspection, the ₹299 is still payable as a service visit charge.


4. Warranty on Repairs

  • All repair services come with a limited warranty, based on the type of repair and parts used.

  • Warranty duration and coverage will be clearly mentioned on the invoice or verbally informed during service.

  • Warranty does not cover future unrelated faults, physical damage, or misuse of the appliance post-repair.


5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

  • Provide accurate details (name, contact number, address, and appliance issue).

  • Ensure a safe environment for the technician to work.

  • Not engage in any abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff or technicians.

  • Allow access to the appliance at the agreed time and location.

Failure to cooperate may result in cancellation of service or additional charges.


6. Payments

  • All payments must be made directly to the technician after service is rendered.

  • Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or other modes agreed upon at the time of service.

  • A bill/invoice will be provided upon request.


7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • Last-minute cancellations or repeated no-shows may incur a fee or lead to a refusal of future service.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Customer Care Helpdesk and LMR GROUP shall not be held responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • While we take utmost care during repairs, we do not guarantee the performance or longevity of aging or heavily damaged appliances.

  • We are not liable for any data loss, property damage, or injury that may result from appliance malfunction.


9. Data Collection & Privacy

We value your privacy. We collect only the following customer information:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Address

  • Appliance details (type and issue)

We do not collect cookies, browsing data, or sensitive personal information. We do not share your information with any third party. Our advertising is done solely through Google Ads, and no third-party trackers or plugins exist on our website.
